What are LUXORA planters made of?

All LUXORA planters are crafted from marine-grade fiberglass — a lightweight, weather-resistant material that mimics the look of stone or concrete without the weight. They’re built to last through sun, storms, salt air, and snow.

What is included in your order?

Each LUXORA planter arrives as a complete 3-part system, thoughtfully designed for both beauty and function. Your order includes:

• Fiberglass Planter Base — The sculptural outer shell crafted from durable, marine-grade fiberglass

• The Anchor — Our discreet, water fill locking core that fits inside the planter for stability and multi-use function

• The Luxe Lid — A custom-fit lid that creates a seamless surface and conceals the hardware inside.

You’ll also receive:

• Silicone cover for the center opening in the Luxe Lid (for a clean, finished look when exclusively using it as a cocktail table.)

• Drain plug for the built-in drainage hole, allowing for flexible indoor or outdoor use.

Please note:

Touch-up kits and the Ice Vault are sold separately and are considered add-ons. They are not included with your standard planter order.

Does the Mini Monroe support add-ons?

The Mini Monroe is a standalone planter and does not support any Luxe add-ons. It’s perfect for smaller spaces, tabletops, and styling without inserts, lids, or the Ice Vault.

How does the Anchored Insert work?

The Anchored Insert is an exclusive feature that sits flush inside your Monroe or Harlow planter. It’s engineered to securely hold umbrellas, twinkle lights, or seasonal décor (like a Christmas tree) — eliminating the need for bulky umbrella stands or messy bases. For stability, simply fill the base of the insert with sand or water. In windy locations — or when anchoring heavier décor — you can also place sandbags or weighted pieces on top of the insert, all neatly enclosed within the planter.

What is the Luxe Lid?

The Luxe Lid transforms your planter into a sleek table. It features a 2” center hole to accommodate an umbrella pole or twinkle lights, and it comes with a silicone cap so you can cover the hole for a clean, polished look.The Luxe Lid isn’t just about cocktails and décor — it also doubles as hidden storage or a sleek way for extra concealment of sandbags or weights for that added stability.

What is the Ice Vault?

The Ice Vault is a stainless-steel cold insert that turns your planter into a chic cooler. Just drop it into place, add ice, and keep champagne, cocktails, or sparkling water chilled in style.

Are the planters heavy?

LUXORA planters are designed to look substantial but remain lightweight. This makes them easy to move, style, and ship — while still providing the strength to anchor umbrellas and décor when paired with the Anchored Insert.

Do the planters need special care?

Not at all. Fiberglass is low-maintenance — simply rinse with soap and water as needed. No sealing, no special treatments, no stress. Touch up kits are available for purchase to keep your LUXORA products looking pristine.

Yes! LUXORA planters and add-ons are shipped throughout the U.S. We use durable packaging to ensure your planter arrives safe, secure, and ready to shine.

Do you accept returns?

At LUXORA, every planter is crafted with care and packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Because of the size and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. In the rare case your item arrives damaged, simply let us know within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away. This policy ensures we deliver only pieces that remain untouched and as carefully crafted as the day they were made. We deeply appreciate your understanding.
