  • What are Luxora products made of?

    Luxora pieces are crafted from marine-grade fiberglass—a lightweight, weather-resistant material designed to withstand sun, storms, salt air, and snow while maintaining a refined, luxurious finish.

    What’s the difference between Signature, Edit, and Mini?

    The Signature System includes the Internal Anchor, and Luxe Lid. The Edit includes the Luxe Lid and Ice Vault, while the Mini is a standalone planter designed for styling. Edit available Summer 2026.

    What is included in a Signature System?

    Each Signature System includes:

    • Fiberglass base

    • Internal Anchor Insert used to secure umbrellas and faux holiday trees. Removable when adding live greenery.

    • Luxe lid

    Also included:

    • Silicone cap for the lid opening

    • Drain plug for flexible indoor or outdoor use

    Surface renewal kits sold separately.

    Do all products work with umbrellas?

    The Signature System is designed to securely hold umbrellas. The Edit and Mini are not intended for umbrella use.

    Can all pieces be used as a table?

    The Signature and Edit can function as side tables. The Luxe Lid creates a smooth surface, while the Mini is not designed for table use.

    What is the Anchor?

    The Anchor is a concealed internal insert designed to stabilize umbrellas or seasonal décor. It can be filled with water or sand for weight, eliminating the need for external bases.

  • Can you mix and match colors in curated sets?

    No. Curated sets are produced in a single, unified finish for a cohesive look.

    How are curated sets packaged?

    Curated sets are nested in a single box to reduce shipping volume and cost.

  • LUXORA pieces are designed to feel substantial while remaining lightweight fro easy placement, styling, and shipping.

    Are Luxora products suitable for outdoor use?

    Yes. Luxora products are designed for year-round indoor and outdoor use and are resistant to UV exposure, moisture, and temperature fluctuations.

    Do they require special care?

    No special maintenance is required. Simply clean with soap and water as needed. Surface renewal kits are available to maintain the finish.

  • How do I set up my LUXORA system?

    Prepare the Base

    Unscrew the fill plug and fill the anchor with water or sand to create a stable foundation. In high-wind environments, additional weight (such as sandbags) can be placed on top of the filled anchor for added support. Secure the plug once filled.

    Assemble the System

    Rotate the Luxe Lid onto the fiberglass base until it sits flush and aligned. Insert your umbrella through the center opening into the anchor. When setting up your holiday trees, remove the lid and store in a safe place for later use.

    Secure the Pole

    Slightly lift the lid and tighten both internal locking screws to secure the pole. Lower the lid back into place once tightened. Again, rotate the lid until it sits flush. The lids are handmade and only sit flush in a particular alignment with the base.

    How do I drain my LUXORA planter?

    To drain, tilt the internal anchor to release any retained water into the fiberglass base. Then lift the anchor, allowing the water to exit through the drainage hole at the center bottom of the planter.

    For indoor use, insert the included drain plug to prevent water from escaping.

    Can LUXORA be used as a table?

    Yes. When styled as a cocktail table, simply cover the center opening with the included silicone cap for a seamless, finished surface.

  • When is product available?

    Luxora releases one Spring and one Fall shipment annually. Inventory is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.

  • Do you ship nationwide?

    Yes. Luxora ships throughout the U.S. using protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

  • What is your return policy?

    Due to limited production and freight shipping requirements, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to return freight costs and a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

    If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a resolution at orders@luxoraoutdoors.com.
