LUXORA™ Trade Portal

Orders are placed through the LUXORA trade order form and reviewed by our team prior to final confirmation. Once submitted, each order is checked for product availability, finish selection, quantities, and shipping details before allocation is finalized.

LUXORA is released in limited seasonal shipments, with inventory allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Select styles, finishes, and quantities may sell out before the season ends. Once seasonal inventory is reserved, additional units may not be available until the next release.

All trade orders ship FOB from our warehouse. Freight is quoted separately unless otherwise noted and is confirmed during order review.

Shipping timing varies based on inventory status, order size, and delivery destination.

After your order form is submitted, our team reviews quantities, finish availability, and shipping details before issuing final confirmation. Orders are not considered finalized until allocation and freight have been confirmed.

In-stock pieces ship according to current warehouse processing timelines. For incoming seasonal inventory, larger volume orders, or special requests, estimated ship timing will be shared during order confirmation.

Trade purchasing is reserved for approved business accounts. Due to the limited and seasonal nature of Luxora, all trade orders are final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error in fulfillment.
