DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Clean the Area:
Start by thoroughly cleaning the damaged area with soap and water. Use a wax and grease remover if needed to ensure the surface is free of dirt, wax, or grease.
Sand the Area:
If the chip or scratch is deep, lightly sand the area with fine-grit sandpaper (like 320-grit) to smooth out any rough edges. Wipe away any dust with a clean cloth.
Mix and Shake the Paint:
Mix the paint with the hardener, then shake thoroughly to ensure the mixture is even and ready for application.
Apply the Paint:
Using the applicator, apply the touch-up paint in thin layers over the damaged area. Start with one light coat and allow it to dry before applying additional layers if needed. Avoid overloading the area with paint.
Let it Dry:
Allow the paint to dry completely between coats. Drying times will vary based on the paint type and environmental conditions
Buff the Area:
After the paint has fully dried, gently buff the area with a polishing compound to blend the touch-up paint with the surrounding surface. This helps to achieve a smooth, even finish.
Wax the Area:
Finally, apply a layer of car wax to the repaired area to protect the new paint and give it a polished look.
